Standing Seam Metal

These are pictures of a copper standing seam roof that was installed on a residential home and a child's playhouse. We also fabricate and install pre-painted galvanized standing seam roofing systems.

Single Ply Roofing

These are pictures of a built-up roof that was replaced with an EPDM (rubber) membrane system.  We mechanically attached 2 inches of polyisocyanurate roof insulation to provide additional "R" value.  We then fully adhered the 45-mil EPDM membrane to the roof insulation.  We completed the job with a custom fabricated metal parapet wall cap.

Deck Waterproofing

These are pictures of a deck we waterproofed with a traffic-top coating.  This is a multi-step process.  First we strip-in the joints with a waterproofing product and fiberglass mesh.  Then we apply two (2) coats of a waterproofing base coat, one (1) application of top coat, followed by one (1) application of traffic coat.  The result is a beautiful deck that is not only waterproof, but fully capable of withstanding heavy pedestrian traffic.
